Kick-off meeting 1st part at Fraunhofer IFF in Magdeburg – March 2013


Major topics:
• To introduce the partner organisations to each other activities,
• To specify and accept consortium agreement and detailed workplan,
• To discuss dissemination and communication strategy,
• To demonstrate EU projects research results.

Conclusions:
Detailed project workplan has been accepted by Consortium partners.
Virtual Reality based VDT platform was demonstrated.


Kick-off meeting 2nd part at University of Bremen – June 2013


Major topics:
• Overview of past communication and dissemination activities
• Introduction into the concept of Showrooms and possibilities to implement Generic Showrooms in the target region
• Presentation of the innoSPICE project in the context of ICT Transfer Concept
• Necessary adjustments of research results for their use in Central Asia.

Conclusions:
TZI Showroom’s facilities were demonstrated to the participants.
The ways how to adapt a Generic Showroom concept to the conditions of Central Asian regions were defined.
InnoSPICE methodology as a basis of a Generic IT transfer Concept has been presented and discussed.


2nd Project Workshop in Astana – September 2013


Major topics:
• Introduction to EU projects research results for local potential end-users,
• IT-transfer in Kazakhstan,
• Modern Virtual Reality technologies.

Conclusions:
The workshop was focused on the use of Virtual Reality models and platform at Astana Innovation.
The selected EU research results (InnoSPICE, eLogmar, SIGNA) were presented to the local potential end-users.


3rd Project Workshop and Review Meeting in Riga – March 2014


Major topics:
• Preparation for the review meeting
• Demonstration of RTU Showroom
• 1st review meeting ( PO – Ardiel Cabrera, reviewers – Delorah Santus Roosen and Uros Janko)
• Progress in the tasks execution
• Next event : Dushanbe, October 20-22, 2014

Conclusions:
The results obtained within the 1st project year have been discussed.
RTU Showroom facilities were demonstrated to the partners and the ways of their adaptation to the needs of Central Asian partners were discussed.


4th Project Workshop in Dushanbe – October 2014

• Opening ceremonie of TUT Showroom
• Introduction to EU projects research results for local potential end-users
Memorandum of cooperation between tajik associations and UIFA
• Next event : Vilnius, March 2015

Conclusions:
The main event of the partner meeting – opening of the TUT Showroom and presenting it to the project partners and local potential users of IT innovative solutions.


5th Project Workshop in Vilnius – March 2015


Major topics:
• Accepting of Periodic Progress Report
• Discussion of validation activities: Preparation of Report on Validation
• Preparation of multi-media DVD
• Organisation of the next partner event in Tashkent – May 2015
• Agreements for the final event in Almaty (August 2015): Preliminary Programme

Conclusions:
The major topic of discussion: organization of Validation process.
Additionally, questions related to the creation of DVD and arrangement of the final conference were discussed.


6th Project WS in Tashkent – May 2015


Major topics:
• Current state of eINTERASIA project
• What should be done till the end of the project?
• Preparation of the final event (eINTERASIA conference & review meeting, Almaty, August 2015)
• Demonstration and Training day : meeting with potential end-users
